What good does it do if I tell you that your soul does not hurt?

What good does it do if I tell you that your soul does not hurt?  Very little, because your pain is real, as real as you can imagine.  But I say this to you, can you imagine no pain?  Can you imagine no sorrow?  Can you imagine joy?  Because you take the time to implant this thought in your being, it will awaken within you.

And yes, it is very difficult to stay the course, to focus beyond the appearance of suffering, but for now you must.  I am not offering you a quick fix nor do I have a simple solution.  What I do have is the wisdom to impart to my beloved students, that you are doing it.  You are succeeding.  You are moving beyond the world of illusion.

You cannot give up, but you must move on.  You must not take the container that you have created through your small mind and try climbing up and out; you must walk through it, you must break the walls and along the way there may be pain, but you can overcome this pain.  Do all that you must to tend for the physical.  Do what you must, but rely not on the world to cure you, rely only on the truth that liveth within you.

When you tire of suffering

When you tire of suffering, when you no longer wish to play, when the way is simply because there is no other way, befriend me.  I am so simple.  I am so un-human and yet I loved the experience for the experience of enlightenment.

Take stock of your friends, of your beloveds, of your intimates; take stock of your enemies.  Everything is balanced to work towards the awakening.  It is not you or me against any world; it is simply balance, it is simply an order-divine that is inescapable in its perfection.  There is no mind human that can understand it.

Into these words read your own meaning, but take the time to feel.  Beg from no one, want from no one, need from no one.  Sit with your God.  Come, sit with me.  Rejoice.

This is only a book, my beloveds; this life is only a book

This is only a book, my beloveds; this life is only a book.  You are the writer.  This life is a canvas and you are the painter.  This life is a song and you sing life into it.  It is all you; it is not what anyone puts upon you.  It is you, but it is the true you.

If you can accept that, then you will humbly accept what happens in your life, not resist it, but accept because if you truly believe and know the God you are, and this God you are has created this life; if you truly believe, then you will not resist.

Pain comes from resistance, suffering comes from more resistance.  We were bound by karmic debt.  To leave the cycle, we must know that we are the center, that we are not victims of any circumstance, environment or opportunity.  There is no one to blame for our condition.  There is no past, there is only now.

Do you think your suffering is not registered some place?

Do you think your suffering is not registered some place?  It is not true.  There is not another like you in the mind of God in all and every level of consciousness, and I tell you true, you are so loved!  You are not separate, you are not far away, you are not incomplete.  You are the beloved of the loved.  Every single breath, every thought, every word, every feeling is felt in the heart of God.
Why are we here?  Why do we speak?  Because all of this communication leads to bolstering what is true about you.  You can overcome anything.  There will always be tides that are against you.  It is the strong swimmer that knows when to paddle and when to float.  Your dreams, your passions, your excitement, they all mean something.  Not just to you, but can you believe they mean something to God too?  They do.

The greatest suffering comes from the small mind

The greatest suffering comes from the small mind.  The greatest peace comes from the nothing that simplicity affords.  Every idea is capable.  All condescension is incapable.

Release must initiate from the heart; surrender, always from the mind.  Let go.  It is not a rope that your fingers tear at; it is simply a dream that has run its course.  It is time that you stand and leave the theater and walk away into the sun, into the life-beloved.  And bring all of your dreams that, like some great story house, will become your world, your home, your house.

It takes no strength to stand against the many, when one is God self-realized.  It takes the strength of a God to face the world when one is unsure.  Look at your lives—all of them—and forget them.  They were very nice at one time.  But even time is an illusion.  And the only illusion worthwhile is the truth.  And the truth is love.  And what does that make you?
